We are committed to shipping out your orders as soon as possible. Orders will be processed and shipped in 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation letter with tracking number once it’s shipped.
USA 7-15 Business days
International (Outside of America) 10-15 business days
Most orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 days (Excludes weekend), sometimes longer. You will receive a dispatched email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email, contact us on mysteryscoopshop@gmail.com and we can give you real-time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not. It always takes 2 to 4 days before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system.
If your product is damaged then please take photos and a video, send them to mysteryscoopshop@gmail.com. We will arrange a new shipment in 24 hrs. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases or other packages. This is the carriers responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.
We always try our best to cancel your order, however, if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order. If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes if your order hasn’t already been shipped.
There’s a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still can not find it, please do let us know.
When you receive your dispatched email, it will be there most of the time, if you can not find it, please email us at mysteryscoopshop@gmail.com for an update on your tracking.
If you order has taken longer than 60 days (For Brazil and South Africa is 85 days) from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We will arrange a new shipment using a different courier company.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to limited inventory. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email mysteryscoopshop@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
